Personal Training

When you begin personal training, your sessions will be completely customized for you based on an evaluation of your goals & movement assessment.

A typical training session will include a mobility & activation warm-up, exercises geared towards your goals, and a cool-down. 

 
 
 

Semi-private training

 

Share training sessions with a partner whether it’s a friend or a significant other. Semi-private training is individualized training made for the two of you at a reduced price. It’s a great way to keep up the accountability, motivation, and have fun working out at the same time.
