I’ve known Brittany for some time now; long enough that she has coached me while pregnant, post partumn (twice) and now through an injury. Without her support and compassion I do not know if I would have found the determination to workout again after all those events. She inspires, listens, and adapts workouts as needed based on my feedback. Prior to becoming a mom and the pandemic I lifted heavy on a regular basis and she has given me the courage and confidence to do so again ! She pays attention the the equipment I have and ensures all workouts are possible in our home gym. She has given nutrition advice that is simple and tangible - I just love cookies. Truly amazing. Brittany is absolutely AMAZING! I have only known her a short while, but she has already made such a huge impact on my life. It all started 12 weeks ago when I started her program after I had my baby girl. She was supportive, and listened to me and the needs/goals I had for myself. She made me very excited to get back into training, which if you have had a baby before would know how scary that can be for the first time. Knowing how little time a new mom has, she formatted workouts for me to do at home with the equipment I had. She also emailed, texted, and video chatted with me to ensure I had a good handle on breathing techniques, exercises, and just being a good friend during a very stressful time. Even though I was doing the routine solo I never felt alone. During these past 12 weeks, I have noticed significant changes in my body. I have muscles I have never had before start to show up, I am losing weight in a healthy way, and I am getting stronger. I cannot thank Brittany enough! I am happy to continue my training with her! I started training with Brittany shortly after my first child was born and have continued to train with her through another pregnancy and postpartum. Brittany helped me to safely navigate training and rebuilding strength before and after the pregnancies. We have worked toward several goals including building strength to the point where I could complete 2 consecutive pull-ups - something I've never been able to do before! Brittany's workouts are filled with a lot of variety, but always have a focus on the larger goal. Her great attitude and enthusiasm make workouts so enjoyable - I almost forget how hard I'm working!

I've been working with Brittany for a few years, and when I found out I was pregnant, she was one of the first people I told. I'm a very active person and Brittany gave me the best guidance and direction for how to work out safely during my pregnancy. She gave me personalized modifications and always checked in on how I was feeling to ensure I was getting the best work out for my body. I believe her guidance helped me feel my best to the very last day of my pregnancy and also helped prepare me for labor.

After I had the baby, Brittany guided me back to physical fitness slowly and methodically, providing customized workouts based on my postpartum stage. Her guidance has been so appreciated during this time of physical change!

I don't even know where to begin! Brittany is the BEST and I wish I would have found her sooner! I have been doing strength/fitness programming with Brittany for two years and nutrition coaching with Brittany for almost one year. I am a woman in her forties that eats healthy and has always worked-out in addition to living an active life. I like many, had to adjust my approach to working out when we were asked to quarantine in March 2020. I was originally introduced to Brittany through virtual workouts my company supported throughout quarantine. I enjoyed her 30 minute classes so much that I asked if we could continue virtual workouts after the company supported timeframe. I also happen to be more cautious as I have an autoimmune disease. For me, I would not be comfortable going to a gym to workout wearing a mask. Brittany provides a safe space (not only because I am in my own home) because I can discus my personal fitness/physical/mental goals, no matter how large or small. I enjoy that each workout has repetitive movements that I have become familiar with, but each workout itself is different. I am never bored and I can tell that my muscles are fatigued. I think I have seen my strength and over all physical health improve! I do virtual group classes and private classes and I enjoy both. I plan to continue my virtual workouts even if my comfort level changes with going back in to a gym. I am very happy! I love the workouts and the trainer!

I have been working out with Brittany for the past few years and my body has gone through a complete transformation. After sitting at a desk for many years my shoulders and back had become rounded forward and just plain ole weak. Brittany developed a work out specifically for my needs and now I do not slouch. Also, her work outs really develop core strength and I can now play hockey and swing a golf club pain free. Oh, one last thing, I generally start out pretty negative and not excited to work out and Brittany is super positive and motivating and I always come of out the work out feeling way better about the day.
