Hey there, I am Brittany!

I have a wonderful husband, Dan, a beautiful daughter, Evelyn, and 2 crazy dogs, Oakley & Riley. Before becoming a trainer of 7 years, I was a Division 1 gymnast and coached gymnastics for several years.

My goal as a coach is on helping my clients find a balance in life between movement, nutrition, and an overall healthy lifestyle. Sustainability is key which is why balance is very important.

Over the past couple of years, I have begun to focus on fitness tuned towards women, well, to put it simply, because I am one and I think there is a lot of confusion surrounding some important topics like pregnancy. Given that we are capable of having children, our bodies also may go through complications that men don’t such as unwanted peeing - hello, pelvic floor dysfunction. I want each of my women clients to be able to go through life doing the activities & sports that they want without issues or at least minimizing them.
