What is small group personal training?
By limiting the group to no more than 8 mamas per session, I am able to provide individualized attention and assistance to each Mama.
What does each session include?
Each session will include a warm-up, strength training, some form of conditioning, and a cool-down. All Mamas, will follow a 4-week strength program that I customize to fit where you are in your pre- or post-natal journey.
Do you include pelvic floor training?
Yes! I will help you learn to relax and contract your pelvic floor through breathing and learning to coordinate its function during movements.
Where and when does this class occur?
Beginning April 12, this class will start at 10:30 AM on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Pulse Performance Training in New Lenox, IL.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! I think bringing your baby or toddler is a great way to model movement and fitness for you kiddos. Just make sure to bring something for them to lay on/in and a toy or two. I will have a few things for the kiddos, but you know your little one best!
How much does each session cost?
This all depends on the package (1, 8, 16 or 24) you purchase. Prices range between $25-$40/session.
